Santuario Coffee – Risaralda, Colombia
Santuario coffee has been a cornerstone of The Milk Shed’s lineup since we first opened our doors in 2020. It holds a special place in our hearts, as our Head of Coffee, Siala, was lucky enough to visit the region and meet members of the Asocafé Tatamá Santuario association in 2019.
Flavor Profile
Grown between 1,300–1,900 masl in Risaralda, Colombia, this washed coffee showcases a vibrant complexity, thanks to the unique microclimate of the Tatamá National Park. The main varieties—Castillo, Caturra, and Supremo—combine to produce a clean, bright cup with layered flavor and exceptional balance.
