A smooth, comforting espresso blend built around balance, sweetness, and body. Satin & Silk brings together a naturally processed Brazil and a washed Peru, roasted a little deeper to create a rounded, dependable cup with a soft chocolate base and gentle citrus lift.
Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro forms the heart of the blend. Sourced from Andrea Ribeiro Silva’s Fazenda Aragão in Patos de Minas, this natural lot comes from one of Brazil’s most established coffee-growing regions, known for its dry harvest season and consistent drying conditions. Grown at around 950 MASL, with Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, it brings smoothness, sweetness, and the reliable body that makes it especially well suited to espresso and milk-based drinks.
This coffee is also part of the Café Delas programme, created to help women farmers access the resources, knowledge, and voice they need to grow their operations. Every Café Delas coffee is sourced entirely from women farmers, with a portion of profits reinvested into programmes that promote gender equality and empower women in coffee.
Peru’s Amazonas adds structure and clarity. From steep family plots in the Utcubamba Valley, where the Andes descend into cloud forest and river canyons, Caturra, Pache, and Catimor are carefully fermented and washed, bringing a clean finish and a subtle brightness that keeps the blend lifted.
Each coffee is roasted separately to its own ideal profile before being combined, allowing both origins to bring their best qualities into the final cup.
