About this Product
Our Organic coffee hails from the Colombian Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta - close to the coast and the Caribbean sea. The coffee is grown by 600 families belonging to 4 indigenous native communities. They form part of an organisation that aims to produce amazing coffee that not only gives back to the producers, but to the sustainable management of the land. The medium roast style of this coffee makes for a smooth and balanced cup whilst also highlighting the syrupy sweet toffee notes, rich cocoa and hazelnut.
We Carefully Roast Every Organic Coffee Bean in Our UK Roastery
Our roastery holds full organic certification and approval from the Soil Association. We undergo stringent annual audits to verify our strict adherence to guidelines for handling and roasting organic coffee beans. Our skilled roast masters coax the utmost flavour using small-batch artisan roasting methods to perfectly balance acidity, body and aroma while retaining the beans' organic integrity.
