UTEN KUPI is a coffee trading company based in Gayo Country and backed by direct
relationships with 588 farmers who work with 8 collectors in the region. Post-harvest, the
coffee is pulped and fermented for 12 hours, dried to around 40% moisture and wet hulled before drying for another 4 - 5 days. This semi-washed process gives the final cup a heavier body, with notes of dark chocolate, plum, tamarind
