Coffee Bean Review: The Buckaroo Blend
Roast Level: Dark/ Medium
Flavour notes: Dark chocolate, golden caramel and toffee
Brew method: 18g used for a 1:2 ratio in a double shot. Grind size 12 was used to yield an espresso in 25-30 seconds on my home machine.
Overall opinion:
This is a fabulous dark to medium Brazilian roast with rich tasting notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and toffee (my favourite combination). The flavours are bold yet beautifully balanced, creating a smooth, full-bodied cup that feels luxurious and passionate.
What I enjoy most about this blend is its versatility. Whether you’re making a creamy latte with non-dairy milk or sticking to a classic cappuccino, it performs exceptionally well and delivers a consistently satisfying coffee. It’s a brilliant all-rounder that suits a variety of drinks.
This is definitely one of the stronger blends I’ve tried, so if you’re new to a bean-to-cup coffee, I’d recommend starting with a single espresso shot to get a feel for its intensity. However, If you’re a dedicated coffee lover, this blend has plenty of depth and strength to keep you happy.
