This naturally processed coffee comes from Uganda’s Rwenzori region and is exported by Kwezi Coffee, a company led by sisters Barbara Mugeni and Pamella Kampire. Second-generation coffee professionals, they grew up learning from their parents’ farm – where their father championed women as equal decision-makers and their mother managed everything from planting to post-harvest care. That legacy shapes their work today, with Kwezi Coffee dedicated to creating opportunities for women across Uganda’s coffee sector.

You can expect a lovely vibrant fruitiness, typical of a lot of Rwenzori coffees. We roasted this long enough to remove the sharpness of the acidity, and achieved a lovely balanced cup, with a lingering sweet finish.
Something for the more adventurous coffee lovers.
