Lamastus Family Estates has produced coffee in Panama’s Boquete region for four generations, with farms set high on the slopes of Volcán Barú and renowned for their exceptional terroir and award-winning Gesha lots. The Falda plot, located within Elida Estate, benefits from cool temperatures, volcanic soil and cloud forest conditions that contribute to remarkable clarity, florality and sweetness in the cup.
Their ASD (Anaerobic Slow Dry) natural process begins with whole cherries undergoing extended anaerobic fermentation in sealed tanks before being slowly dried on raised beds, creating coffees with heightened complexity, vibrant fruit character and refined structure.
In the cup we find flavour notes of tutti frutti, candied cherry and peach ice tea.
