The Coffee

50% Brazil Cemorrado Hazel – Natural:

Sourced through Volcafe. Most coffee in Brazil comes from Mogiana and Cerrado. Mogiana borders Sul de Minas to the east. It is a region where exceptional batches of sweets can be found. Cerrado coffees are usually fine and clean, with a good body. It is the newest area in Minas Gerais, where coffee cultivation is “only” four decades old, but has been quickly recognized as a reliable, high-quality producing region for various fine and commercial coffees. Cemorrado Trio is a collection selected from our range of Brazilian fine lots. We chose three distinctive qualities, each with a different and seductive profile. Versatile and solid, the trio will provide the perfect background for any mix. The characters are defined as Sweet, offering sweetness with honey and ripe fruit, Hazelnut with smooth body, with notes of hazelnuts and milk chocolate and Chocolate with its intense aroma of chocolate and full body. The three qualities of our Cemorrado come from the Cerrado and Alta Mogiana regions and are thus combined in the name of Cemorrado.

50% Colombia Tatacoa– Washed:

Named after the Tatacoa Desert, this coffee embodies the spirit of resilience and vibrancy that defines this land. In the heart of Huila, the coffees that are part of this wonderful regional blend are blessed by the fertile soils of the region and the equatorial sun. This region is not only known for its exceptional coffee but also for its culture and passion
