About this Product
Fazenda Dois Irmãos is a family-run coffee farm located in Coromandel within Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais. Home to approximately 1 million coffee plants, the farm sits between 1,000 and 1,200 metres above sea level, where warm temperatures and consistent rainfall provide a unique terroir that guarantees high-quality batches with extraordinary flavour and aroma.
These factors classify the farm within the Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin, which recognises coffees produced in the region for their distinctive growing confitions and production practices.
Founded by brothers Hélio Zancaner Sanchez and Evandro Sanchez, with the fourth generation — Evandro’s daughter, agricultural engineer Maria Gabriela Baracat Sanchez — now involved in its management, overseeing the production of traceable, certified coffees.
This Red Catuaí coffee is naturally processed, which means the cherries are dried whole before the beans are removed to develop a natural sweetness and fruity characteristics.
