A farm of this scale requires a substantial year-round workforce. The Dias family has developed a self-contained “mini-city” on the estate, providing the infrastructure
needed to support workers throughout the harvest.
Diogo has refined every stage of processing, introducing eco-friendly wet processing, improved cherry separation, and enhanced drying and traceability. This lot features the Catiguá variety, a Brazilian cultivar prized for its excellent cup quality, high productivity, and natural resistance to Coffee Leaf Rust, supporting more sustainable coffee production.
