This semi-washed filter coffee from Minas Gerais, Brazil, has tasting notes of Raspberry, Frangipane and Milk Chocolate, offering a sweet, chocolatey cup with undertones of sweet raspberry.
We're excited to highlight this micro-lot from Minas Gerais in Brazil. Alfredo Jesus is a third-generation Brazilian coffee producer who leads Fazenda Catanduva in Patos de Minas, after taking over the farm in 2023. The farm has become known for it's sustainable practices, meticulous quality, and transparent farm management.
