About this Product
The flavour of these Arabica coffee beans is truly unique and similar only to our Monsoon Malabar in spiciness. The musky complex aromas are matched by the rustic earthy flavour notes.
This is a Full-bodied coffee with a musky, earthy tobacco flavour notes and sweeter, yet still interestingly bold aroma.
Roasting Notes
This coffee is aged, so visually it is very very different, a little drier that its green friends, so a little less heat to start helps the Old Brown Java. Some roasters used to roast this within an inch of its life and produce black oily beans, thank goodness this seems to have lost fashion. Try this on its own and with Santos.

It’s great to have so much information on coffee, from buying to preparing and everything in-between. I love knowing where my coffee comes from and when it was roasted. They also have super interesting seasonal coffees to add to the mix.
