About this Product
A washed single origin from the Nueva Granada farm in San Marcos, Guatemala, grown at 1000–1600 Masl between the Tajumulco and Tacana volcanoes. Owner Dieter Nottebohm runs the farm with a deep commitment to sustainability: over 60 hectares are reserved as wild woodland, and upwards of 40 tons of compost are produced annually from coffee pulp and Macadamia skins.
Featuring Cattura and Catuai varietals, chosen for their resistance to La Roya, this washed lot delivers notes of stewed apples and blackcurrant, with a medium body and a light acidity.
Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
