Huehuetenango has very sweet aromatics, laced with floral and fruited elements, and sugar coated nuts. Hot water builds on the fruitiness, as well as layers of bitter-sweet chocolate. Its flavours are complimented with a silk body and a well balanced citric acidity. It's a nice marriage of flavours which change places more than once into a sweet finish.
