About this Product
A natural single origin from Kamundu Estate in Kiambu, Kenya, grown at 1950m above sea level. Just outside Nairobi, Kamundu is a 155ha farm operated by Sasini — a publicly listed, majority Kenyan-owned company with a strong commitment to fair wages, education and community for all their workers.
This rare Kenyan natural lot uses single varietal SL34 cherries, dried on raised beds for six weeks to deliver notes of summer berries, dark chocolate and a peach tea finish. A consistent drying method that prevents over-fermentation and showcases the fruit-forward character of the terroir.
Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
