This AB washed lot is handpicked by members of the Mutangati Farmers’ Cooperative Society, before being fermented for up to 24 hours, and washed through grading channels.

Drying takes up to three weeks, dictated by the weather, rather than a strict schedule, to encourage the highest quality outcome. The resulting tasting notes are bright, layered, and distinctly Kenyan: yuzu, pomelo, and redcurrant.
