Feature Coffee
High in Peru’s San Ignacio region at 1,550 metres, coffee producer Clever Neyra cultivates Bourbon and Geisha on his 1.5-hectare farm. After carefully restoring the land, he replanted in 2020. Meticulous fermentation for 24–36 hours and slow sun drying for 10–12 days produce a beautifully clean, vibrant and expressive cup.
