About this Product
Nutty, chocolatey and easy to love.
Run by sisters Martha and Ana, Cafetos de Segovia is a family-run dry mill in Ocotal, Nicaragua, established in 2015 to improve the value of their coffee and support local producers. Today, they work with 47 other farmers, combining generations of experience with a forward-thinking approach to coffee production. Through experimenting with fermentation methods, growing diferent varieties and carefully managing the drying process, they’re continually working to improve quality while building strong relationships with their local coffee-growing community.
Think creamy macadamia, roasted peanuts and a nostalgic hit of Coco Pops. Sweet. A proper crowd-pleaser, whether you're easing into the morning or settling in for another cup.
