About this Product
A washed single origin from Cajamarca in northern Peru, grown at 1750 MASL by Café Selva Norte, a cooperative founded in 2018 representing over 3,000 smallholder producers. The cooperative works across the Cajamarca and Amazonas regions, combining rigorous quality standards with a reforestation initiative that is restoring native forest cover across producing communities.
Grown from Catimor, Caturra, Pache, Typica and Bourbon varietals, this lot delivers notes of brown sugar, spice and hints of green fruit and lime. The washed process brings a clean, vibrant character that highlights the region's bright, complex terroir.
Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
