The Blend

60% Indonesia – Rakyat Farm

Produced by Aulia Kahfi and neighbouring smallholders in Aceh, this anaerobic honey coffee delivers rich tropical fruit, syrupy sweetness and incredible depth. Aulia works closely with surrounding farmers, buying ripe cherries at fair prices before carefully processing every lot himself.

40% Mexico – Santiago Xochiltepec

Grown high in Oaxaca's Sierra Sur by a community of smallholder producers, this washed coffee brings balance, clarity and freshness. Shade-grown beneath native forest trees using agroecological farming practices, it adds bright acidity and a clean finish to the blend.
