About this Product

Cascara is also known as Coffee Cherry Tea. However, unlike a normal tea, it isn’t made from the leaves of the plant, but instead from the fruit which is cleaned and dried.

This Cascara comes from the Gloria farm in Kenya - a direct-trade relationship that we've had for many years and have long enjoyed coffee from. This year, as a special Christmas treat, they retained, dried and shipped over just 1 sack for us to all enjoy!

Tasting Notes: Molasses, Blackcurrant, Hibiscus

Varietal: SL28, Ruiru 11, Batian

Altitude: 1800m

Pack size: 100g

Brew Guide:

15g Cascara for 300g Water (93°C)

Brew for 4-5 minutes

Sieve away the brewed coffee cherry
