Wash Station: Bishan Fugu
At Bishan Fugu washing station, ripe cherries from surrounding smallholder farmers are carefully processed using the traditional washed method. After pulping and fermentation, the coffee is washed clean and slowly dried on raised beds, helping preserve the elegant floral aromatics and tea-like clarity that define high-elevation Ethiopian washed coffees.
