About this Product
Named after the Cotorra, a parrot found only in Mexico, Las Cotorras comes from small farms in the cloud forests of Chiapas.
The coffee is Bourbon, Typica, Caturra and Mundo Novo, grown under native shade at 1,300 - 1,700 metres. Cherries are hand-picked and fermented in open-air tanks. The beans are then washed and dried in the sun for up to 20 days.
In the cup you'll find soft violet, creamy vanilla and ripe guava.
