A washed single origin from the Simbu Province in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, grown at 1400-1900 MASL by Kongo Coffee, a locally owned operation committed to community development across the producing region.
Grown from Arusha and Bourbon varietals, this lot delivers notes of citrus, milk chocolate and a silky medium body. The washed process brings clarity and brightness to the cup, expressing the distinctive wild character of PNG's highland terroir.
Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
