In the cup we find flavours of elderflower, pomegranate and red grapes. 

This coffee is from one of the top producers in Ethiopia, from Tamiru Tadesse at Alo. They have gained international recognition after placing on top in the Cup of Excellence competition in Ethiopia in 2021. 

Based in Sidama and West Arsi Nensebo, the team at Alo focuses on producing high end quality lots with their main varietal 74158. This varietal was developed by the Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC) for disease resistance and superior cup quality. It’s perfectly suited for high-altitude farms and embodies the true potential of Ethiopian coffee genetics.
