About this Product
Dark berries · Butterscotch · Nutmeg
Our new everyday Colombian. San Sebastián is grown by smallholder families in Inzá, in the Tierradentro region of Cauca, high on the slopes that border Huila. Farms here are tiny, often under two hectares, and the coffee is picked, washed and dried by the people who grow it.
Being right on the Huila border gives this coffee the best of both: the rounded body Cauca is known for, with the ripe fruit and complexity of its neighbour. In the cup, expect deep, jammy dark berries, a sweet butterscotch middle and a gentle warmth of nutmeg on the finish.
We source it through Cofinet, a family-run exporter in Colombia's coffee heartland, and roast it in small batches here in Paisley.
