Tanzania Kifaru Estate

A washed single origin from Kifaru Estate, which sits atop the fertile ridge of the Ngorongoro crater in Northern Tanzania at 1800 Masl. The 500-hectare farm is owned by a family from Southern Denmark and managed hands-on alongside a skilled local team, with a long history of growing high grade Arabica at altitude.

Featuring the Bourbon varietal that Kifaru Estate is now famous for, this washed lot delivers notes of lemon zest, golden honey, orange and stone fruit. A modern drip line system irrigates the estate for efficient water use, while 300 hectares are given over to grasslands and wildlife pockets bordering the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Available as whole beans or freshly ground to order. Medium roast.
