Meet Tuxpal Estates, our November release from El Salvador. Produced by the renowned Café Tuxpal, a family-run coffee business with roots stretching back to the early 1900s, this coffee is part of a legacy built on generations of growing, processing and refining exceptional coffee.
Led by the Pacas family, Café Tuxpal has spent generations developing its farms and processing methods, combining traditional knowledge with a forward thinking approach to speciality coffee. Their commitment to quality extends from the farm right through to processing, with their own milling facilities allowing them to explore and refine different techniques - commitment that aligns precisely with us here at Root & Branch.
Our first Honey processed coffee for several years, brings out a little extra sweetness and Tuxpal Estates delivers a beautifully balanced cup with tasting notes of rich chocolate, indulgent fudge and smooth almond. Expect a rounded body and comforting sweetness to see you through November.
