The Lamastus cupping room walls are decorated with all of their accolades from over the years, Best of Panama trophies overlooking the cupping tables where we chose this coffee. 

Known for their clean, classic style, this lot exemplifies the Lamastus approach. It's a Washed Geisha, clean, elegant and floral. From their Torre lot at the Elida Estate, the coffee has undergone a traditional process before being dried in a dark room, a temperature and humidity controlled environment - a controlled and intentional process. 

In the cup, we found flavour notes of satsuma, lemon ice tea and rose.
