Bright, vibrant and utterly drinkable — this Tolima microlot is a espresso-roast celebration of ripe fruit and silky chocolate. Hand-picked at peak ripeness and hand-sorted to remove defects, the cherries are sundried on raised beds under temperature-controlled conditions to lock in sweetness and clarity.
Made from 100% Caturra (a hardy natural mutation of Red Bourbon), this lot shows Tolima’s prize-winning pedigree — farms here consistently feature in Cup of Excellence and national competitions.
In the cup: passion fruit, red wine, tangerine with a rich chocolate backbone and a long, clean finish.
