About this Product
Djimmah is a city in Ethiopia near Kaffa, the place where coffee is thought to have originated, making Ethipopian Mocha the ’original’ coffee. Mocha is the epitome of African coffees in it’s lightness but with a clear, acidic tang that is noted as being exceptionally winey and almost gamey. Most suited to filter and cafetiere, but often used as part of espresso blends such as our Sumatra Mocha Espresso. An excellent alternative to Kenyan for those who desire a slightly fuller body.
