Las Botijas is a washed regional lot from the rolling hills of Comayagua, Honduras, produced by a network of dedicated smallholder farmers. Grown at ideal elevations in a cool mountain climate, this coffee delivers everything we love about classic Honduran coffee: sweet, balanced and effortlessly drinkable. Expect bright orange citrus, rich caramel sweetness and a lingering fig-like finish in a cup that's equally enjoyable as espresso or filter.
