About this Product
Uganda Nafuna comes from the slopes of Mount Elgon in eastern Uganda, where The Coffee Gardens works closely with smallholder producers to develop quality-driven, traceable, coffees rooted in community support and meticulous processing.
Cherries are de-pulped before undergoing a controlled skin-contact fermentation. The coffee is then dried slowly on raised African beds, allowing clarity, structure and sweetness to develop while preserving its vibrant fruit character. This coffee has notes of orange marmalade, green tea & dates.
