About this Product
We use a medium roast decaffeinated coffee. Taking the finest Vanilla and creating an Ice cream the French way by using an egg-custard base, gives French Vanilla a richer deeper and smoother note than just plain Vanilla. This fine Flavour has notes of caramelization and soft floral tones. The coffee should always complement the drink but should never overpower.
