About this Product
Hey, James Wogan here! If you’ve tried any of our Limited Edition coffees before, then you probably already know just how ridiculous it’s going to be this time round. For those of you that don’t know, this coffee is the culmination of years of experimental processing in coffee, a few ridiculous farmers having fun, and a seriously large amount of cupping to hunt down something amazing.

Geographic Characteristics
- Region: Caldono, Cauca Department
- Farm: Patio Bonito, Paola & Carlos Trujillo
- Altitude: 1700m
This is a perfect example of everything that a Gesha can be.
It's grown by Carlos Trujillo and his daughter Paola at Finca Patio Bonito, 1700m up in Caldono, Cauca. Carlos has farmed coffee there for nearly 50 years. Paola trained as a chemical engineer and then spent years cupping and buying coffee in Nariño and Huila. She came home in 2022 and now runs the processing, and you can taste it in this lot.
As a natural process, the cherries dry whole with the fruit still on the bean, giving you a big, juicy cup. It's very sweet like strawberry laces, then pineapple and a floral, slightly tart hibiscus finish. We've given it a score of 90, and it's safe to say it's one of the best coffees we've ever tasted.
