Hey, James Wogan here! If you’ve tried any of our Limited Edition coffees before, then you probably already know just how ridiculous it’s going to be this time round. For those of you that don’t know, this coffee is the culmination of years of experimental processing in coffee, a few ridiculous farmers having fun, and a seriously large amount of cupping to hunt down something amazing.

• Altitude: 1840m

Arnulfo Leguizamo is a big name in Colombian coffee. In 2011 his Sidra won the Colombia Cup of Excellence, and that win is a large part of why people now ask for this variety by name. In 2013 Pete Licata used Arnulfo's Sidra for the espresso that won him the US Barista Championship.

This lot comes from Finca La Primavera, his farm near San Agustin in Huila, at 1840m. It's washed, incredibly clean, very nuanced and classy, with a creamy, white chocolate body, bright gooseberry acidity, and notes of rosehip on the nose. Just like our other Limited Edition, it's one of the best coffees we've tasted in a very long time!
